Runstance is a commercial validation initiative of OLIVEIRA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, CNPJ 64.472.757/0001-60, the controller for data processed during this validation.

Scope

This notice covers this landing page, validation conversations, and the possible design of a pilot. This site does not use user accounts, marketing pixels, non-essential cookies, or behavioral analytics.

Data we may handle

• Professional name, role, company, and corporate contact channel.
• Responses, interview notes, and opt-out status.
• Voluntary technical information about tasks and failures.
• A pre-redacted trace or isolated sandbox after explicit agreement.

We do not request credentials, production access, sensitive personal data, customer lists, or secrets that are not needed for the validation.

Purpose and basis

We use the minimum data required to test whether the problem and purchase intent exist, respond to requests, assess pilot eligibility, and comply with opt-out, security, and legal duties. Depending on the context, processing relies on requested pre-contractual steps, consent for voluntary technical material, legal obligations, or a specific and proportionate legitimate interest in validating a B2B offer. An objection to marketing ends that use immediately.

Source and outreach

We use corporate information published by the organization itself or supplied directly. We do not buy lists, scrape personal addresses, or infer email addresses. Messages are individual, identify the sender, and provide a simple opt-out.

Retention

• Technical traces and sandbox artifacts: no more than 30 days.
• Campaign notes and contacts: no more than 30 days after the A0 ends.
• Minimal opt-out record: only while the campaign remains open.

Sharing and security

Data is not sold. It may be processed by contracted hosting and email infrastructure under minimum access. Technical material must be redacted by the buyer, encrypted in storage, separated by account, and available only for the evaluation. It is not used for model training, a public benchmark, publicity, or a case study without separate written permission.
